ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT CONDITIONS

I confirm that I have read and expressly accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, to know the

operation of the scooter and that you are reasonably competent and physically fit to drive the

scooter.

I confirm that I am the registered user and that I am at least 14 years old (in the latter case I am aware that I am under the parental responsibility of my parents who are responsible for me and who authorize me to use the electric scooter after having viewed this contract) and I undertake to wear devices of

safety required by law, not to drive a vehicle with another occupant, to comply with all the regulations of the highway code and national and local regulations applicable in the place of use and I will be

running.
